Soul & Smoke Takes On Ramen-San on the North side of Chicago. The barbeque brand headed by Chef Dandre Carter was this month’s Ramen-San collaborator. The monthly series brings chefs like Carter on-site for one-of-a-kind pop-up dinners.
I went to Carter’s full-course dinners at the newly opened Ramen-San Lincoln Park location. To attend the limited seating event a prepaid reservation for two is required. As most of my regular readers know I’ve been trying to get out and about more in the city. And I need to do a better job of making a priority of hanging with my girls. But when I do get out oooh I’m outside.
Soul & Smoke Takes On Ramen-San! Chicago Dinner
I’m unsure how I started following Soul & Smoke on social media but I’m glad I did. The Ramen-San collaboration dinner sent me to my happy place. Though this was my first time dining at the Lincoln Park location. I have been to the Ramen-San’s Deluxe Streeterville location a couple of times. Ramen-San is a modern noodle spot that serves its food over a 90s hip-hop beat. Now let me give you all the details of my dining experience bite by bite.
