New Hair Who Dis?
It’s been said that a good hair cut can change a woman.  Well I’ve just got a great one.  I’ve had my hair short before so I went to back to the stylist I know and love Trina.  Trina, A Chicago Stylist, takes great care of me and my hair.  I have tension alopecia and she handles my hair with special care.  Tension alopecia is a type of hair loss that happens over time. It’s caused by putting the hair under constant strain or tension such as wearing tight ponytails & braids or hair weaves or wigs attached with glue & tape.  Damage to the follicles can cause them to reach the point where they no longer produce hair.
My alopecia is mainly at the crown of my head.  I added some weave to that area.  I went to my local beauty supply and purchased a single pack of Saga Gold Remy Human Hair YAKY Weave.  I’ve used this brand before.  To me it’s good quality hair.  It’s not virgin hair weave that’s the current trend.  My hair style doesn’t call for that type of hair.  I paid roughly $25 for the single pack of 10 inch hair.
I’m loving my new style! Â I feel like a new person.
My hair inspiration, lol!
