This is my first time attending a fashion show in Paris.  It was amazing.  The setting was perfect.  And of course the looks.

 

 

Wild Rose & Sparrow

 

I attended the Wild Rose & Sparrow SS24 Collection show.  Wild Rose & Sparrow was started with two girls, one gentle and romantic and the other daring and brave, the inspiration that led to the name: Wild Rose & Sparrow.  The brand is based in Montréal and offers a little bit of romance for the everyday.  The Wild Rose & Sparrow says their pieces are yours to treasure forever/. The garments are meant to be worn in all your main character moments.  They have drawn inspiration from Pre-Raphaelite and Impressionist art, each piece is designed thoughtfully with ultra-romantic details, that truly make it feel like a fairytale you can wear.

The dress code was dark fantasy.  Clearly, I understood the assignment.  Crimson red is the color of the season.  It’s everywhere!  The shape of this one shoulder origami midi dress made the IT color extra special.  My Lane Bryant  multi-way boost strapless bra and seamless ultra high-waist brief held me together nicely.  Both of the Cacique Intimates were comfortable and easy to wear throughout the day.  I was so happy they didn’t cut into me like other brands are known to do.

For a little sparkle, I paired my gold fan earrings and Brandon Blackwood mini metal minaudière clutch together.  Yes, the Brandon Blackwood mini metal minaudière clutch is small but it’s powerful. I got so many compliments.  The it style shoe of the season are ballet flats.  And this completed the overall look.
