Walmart, America’s largest retailer, is hosting its second pop-up shop during New York City Fashion Weekend. The retailer’s pop-up space is its only foothold in New York City. I was excited to see what Wally World’s NYFW shop had to offer and they didn’t disappoint. The Walmart fashion pop-up featured two brands lead by designer Brandon Maxwell as well as the latest brands from Walmart Beauty.

Walmart’s Free Assembly

 

Free Assembly is one of two Walmart fashion lines featured at the New York Fashion Week pop-up. The line began in 2020. It’s meant to be a range of timeless pieces designed to be mixed and matched with each other and combined with what’s already in your closet for practically unlimited outfit possibilities.

Since its launch, the Free Assembly clothing line hasn’t looked back. Designed to be made ethically without cutting corners, the private-label brand sells clothing for women and men. Free Assembly gives its customers elevated style essentials at an incredible value. The deals include 100% organic cotton tees, sweaters, jackets, dresses, and more, plus mostly organic cotton denim. Best of all, everything is under $50.

 

Walmart’s Scoop

 

The second of the featured brands at Walmart’s New York Fashion Week pop-up shop is Scoop.  Scoop is a purchased New York boutique brand that Walmart re-launched in 2019. This Walmart-exclusive brand features trendy clothing.  It’s an “elevated brand”, which means it uses higher-quality fabrics and craftsmanship. 

Scoop wants to inspire your closet with fun, flirty pieces, the latest trends, and some unexpected finds that are easy on your wallet.

Walmart New York Fashion Week Pop-Up Shop

Walmart Fashion hosted a pop-up is taking place in Soho at 120 Wooster St New York, NY 10012. The pop-up will be for a limited time beginning Thursday, February 6th, and ending Sunday, February 9th. The Walmart Fashion Shop hours daily are 11 AM to 7 PM.

Featuring its Free Assembly and Scoop brands to celebrate New York Fashion Week. The pop-up will also feature the latest brands from Walmart Beauty.  The public is welcome to check out new women’s and men’s collections and enjoy shopping, surprises, and more.
